We offer several payment options: Payment in full with a 5%discount through the office, you may also choose Orthobanc; a company that will do automatic payments through your bank account.
Insurance
For your convenience, our office will call your insurance carrier to verify orthodontic coverage. However, remember patients, this is your insurance. We will prepare the necessary forms to assist you in collecting from the insurance company. However, we cannot render services on the assumption that our fee will be paid by your company. If for some reason, orthodontic coverage is denied or discontinued, it is the patient’s or parent’s responsibility to pay the fee. We do not accept TN Care.
