Treatment Coordinator and Office Adminstrator
I started working for Dr. Wheeler in 1999. I help with scheduling patient appointments and coordinating new patients by answering questions and walking them through the orthodontic process. I love meeting new people every day and developing relationships with them. Dr. Wheeler has a true calling as an orthodontist. He genuinely cares about his patients. Working with Dr. Wheeler is wonderful because of our excellent communication. We also have a lot of fun!
I have been married for more than 25 years and have two children and two grandchildren.
Scheduling and Marketing Coordinator
I started working for Dr. Wheeler in 2008. I’m the scheduling and marketing coordinator here at our office. I love seeing our patients come in for the first time and then watching them finish with beautiful smiles. Dr. Wheeler keeps up with all the new orthodontic technology and techniques. He is great to work with and has really made his practice a wonderful place to be.
I am married and have two children. In my free time, I enjoy working out at the gym and horseback riding.

I’m the treatment coordinator in our Cookeville office. I started working here when I entered the field in 2010. I love meeting new people, creating a relationship with them, and making a positive difference in their lives through a great smile. I admire Dr. Wheeler’s one-on-one approach with all of our patients. It is so obvious that he cares for them and for his team, as if we were all his family. I really enjoy coming to work, and I tell everybody how much I respect him as a doctor and a person to whom I look up.
My husband and I enjoy sightseeing, spending time with family and friends, and raising our daughter.

I am a scheduling and insurance coordinator in our Crossville office. I started working here in 2005 when I began my career in the dental field. I love helping to create beautiful smiles, as well as creating relationships with our patients during their time in treatment. Dr. Wheeler inspires me because he takes a one-on-one approach with every patient, knowing that each smile is individual.
I am married and have two wonderful daughters. I enjoy spending time with my family, being outside working in my yard, and riding 4-wheelers.
I started working for Dr. Wheeler in 2013 but have been in this field since 1979. I handle scheduling our patients, setting up contracts, and take care of the day-to-day tasks of the front desk. One of the most gratifying parts of my job are the bonds I create with our patients and families. Since I started working for Dr. Wheeler, I realize how much he truly cares about his patients and his work family. We get to work and have a great time.
I have a son, Alex, and a dog named Rico. I love sports and am a huge fan of the Tennessee Lady Vols basketball team. I also am the youngest of nine children and LOVE spending time with my family.
Human Resources and Office Administration
I started my career with Dr. Wheeler in 2007. I handle all of the accounts payable and HR services. I also assist in any area where help is needed. One of my most favorite parts of my job is getting to work on so many things with so many people — I never get bored! Dr. Wheeler is an amazing orthodontist and I love how he always has concern for patients’ best interest.
When I am not working, I enjoy spending time with my family and friends, baking, running, and singing.
As one of our clinical orthodontic assistants, my primary role is to work with Dr. Wheeler to give our patients excellent care, from their first exam all the way through the end of their treatment. I also am responsible for all records needs. I have been a part of Dr. Wheeler’s team since 2001. I love to see the progress of helping our patients achieve a smile they are proud of. I enjoy helping improve a patient’s self-esteem and giving them confidence for life! I truly admire Dr. Wheeler’s kind and caring attitude toward his patients and staff. He has a special bond with us that you cannot find anywhere else.
When I’m not at work, I enjoy spending time with my family and friends. I love doing outdoor activities such as traveling and going to the beach with my son, Gabriel. I also enjoy reading and baking. Something most people do not know about me is I enjoy teaching childbirth classes and being a doula in my spare time.
I’m a registered dental assistant and started working for Dr. Wheeler in 2007. I enjoy being able to have friendly relationships with my patients. I work with the best teammates ever! Dr. Wheeler is an amazing orthodontist. It’s not just a job to him. He takes pride in his work and cares for his patients and his team.
I love working, and when I am not at work, I enjoy spending time with my family and friends. My happy place is spending time outdoors.
I started my career with Dr. Wheeler in 2014. I am an R.D.A. and handle all assistant duties needed by Dr. Wheeler and my teammates. One of the best things about my job is patient relationships! How awesome is it that we get see how a patient grows during the course of treatment and how much their lives are affected by a beautiful smile! I have learned so much from Dr. Wheeler. I feel his best quality is how honest he is. He has to be the most honest doctor around! I love how laid-back he is and how he makes a workday just plain fun. Our teammates are more like family than just co-workers.
I am married to my high-school sweetheart. We have been blessed with three beautiful children together. I love spending time with family and friends.

I’m a registered dental assistant and have been part of the Wheeler Orthodontics family since starting work for Dr. Wheeler in 2014. I am a people person so I truly enjoy working with the doctor and my work family as well as building great relationships with our patients. It's such a joy to work with Dr. Wheeler because he has a big heart and truly cares about his patients and staff.
I married my husband Shawn in summer of 2015 after four years of dating. We welcomed our daughter Elsie in September 2017 and she is a precious little girl who always keeps us on our toes. I enjoy cooking, traveling (especially to the beach), and spending lots of time with my family.
I joined the team in 2017, but before that I worked as an oral surgery assistant. I love working in the dental field, and I am constantly furthering my education. I love that Dr. Wheeler truly cares about each patient and every staff member. I could not ask for a better work environment. One of my favorite parts about my job is seeing before and after pictures of treatment. Patients are always shocked that we are able to transform their smile and confidence.
Aside from work I spend my time with my husband, Jared, our golden doodle, Maple, and our two pigs, Ballpark Frank and Jimmy Dean. We live on a farm a few minutes from Dale Hollow Lake and spend most of our time outside. Jared and I also enjoy traveling to new places.
I have been working for Wheeler Orthodontics since 2014 as a clinical assistant. I also do the lab work such as retainers for the Cookeville office.
I have been happily married since 2017 and live on a farm in Alpine. I love our fun work environment and look forward to meeting all of our wonderful patients. See ya soon!
I’m a Registered Dental Assistant and started working for Dr. Wheeler in 2016. I truly love so many things about my job. I enjoy creating relationships with our patients, seeing the change and progress of our patients during treatment, and working with an amazing team. I appreciate that Dr. Wheeler allows us and encourages us to think outside the box and be independent and how much he cares about his staff, patients, and community as a whole.
I have one daughter and when I’m not at work I enjoy being outside and visiting the mountains every chance I get.
I joined the team July 2017 but have been an orthodontic assistant since 2003. I am originally from Coos Bay, Oregon and wored in an orthodontic office there. I feel right at home here with Dr. Wheeler and all the staff. I love the confidence that orthodontic treatment gives to patients. I love seeing them show off their new smile! I live in Crossville and have 3 daughters. I also am a dog mom. I enjoy spending time with my family, reading and cooking new keto recipes.
